Shipping policy

International delivery is already included in all artwork.

We ship our artwork without any explicit mention on the packaging (neutral shipping). Please note that all our artwork are shipped from Germany and may include documents for customs clearance, which contain exporter/importer information.

We deliver to:
European Union, United States, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

For countries outside the EU, additional costs such as customs charges and import taxes may apply, and delivery times may be longer. These factors vary from country to country.

Below are time-frame estimations for your delivery, though we cannot guarantee delivery dates for any shipments:
European Union : 10 working days
United States : 15 working days
Other countries : +15 working days

Your artwork will be shipped in made-to-measure, secure art packaging, using our certified shipping partners. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide, directly following its production. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.

Please note to communicate your telephone number at all times.

You can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. The shipping address may be in another country as long as we deliver to that country. The shipping costs will then be adjusted for the intended destination.
Artwork products are always shipped together.

This does not have to be done via one and the same package, depending on the product your shipment can also consist of different packages, but they will leave our house to you together.

Wall pictures are mostly packed individually, unless several pictures of a similar size have been ordered, so in exceptional cases they can all be in one and the same package.

Prints are shipped in a separate package and not with other products in the same package. This is primarily to avoid damage.

They are shipped flat in an envelope up to a maximum size of 60cm x 40cm. Larger prints will be shipped in a roll due to format and production.

Please be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. Only the receiver takes whole responsibility of these additional charges. CC Art Gallery is not responsible for any additional charges or fees. These charges or fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In these instances the item will be held by your local post office; if your item has not arrived, please check with your local post office.
