How can I pay ?
You can pay by credit card (Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, American Express) or by PayPal. The transaction will be booked upon placing the order.
How much does delivery cost ?
There is no extra charge. Delivery is already included in all pieces of artwork.
How long does delivery take ?
We do not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
Because of customs it is difficult to estimate delivery times. It seems most international shipments arrive within two weeks but occasionally take longer.
However, here is an idea of time-frame for your delivery :
European Union : 10 working days
United States : 15 working days
Other countries : +15 working days
Please note that placing an order does not automatically lead to the creation of a CC Art Gallery account.
How will the artwork be delivered ?
We ship to countries around the world via USPS. Your artwork will be shipped in made-to-measure, secure art packaging, using our certified shipping partners. Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide, directly following its production. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.

For countries outside the EU, additional costs such as customs charges and import taxes may apply, and delivery times may be longer. These factors vary from country to country.
Can I change my order once it has been placed ?
It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped.

What happens if my order is damaged when delivered ?
This rarely happens but please always check the state of your delivery in the presence of the delivery man. If you do notice damage, you should :
1) Accept the package
2) Take multiple photos of the damaged area(s) along with the order number
3) Send them to us quickly via email
On receiving your email and depending on the state of damage we can order a replacement.
To allow a quick handling of the situation, we need photographic documentation of the damage.
If you have already received the work before you notice damage, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary.
The customer has to dispose of the artwork himself. We do not pick up.
Can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after it has been placed. After this period the production process for your artwork will begin, and it is therefore not possible to cancel your order after this point. Please note that the full payment for your order is booked automatically once the order is successfully placed. If you cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.
Please note that placing an order does not automatically lead to the creation of a CC Art Gallery account, and if you order without having created an account, you will not be able to cancel the order.
Do I have a right to revocation of consent ?
Please note that we have excluded the right of revocation for artworks from CC Art Gallery. This is because our artworks are individually finished according to specific preferences and specifications.
What about customs fees, VAT and duties ?
Please be aware that you – or the recipient, if you are sending a gift – may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. Only the receiver takes whole responsibility of these additional charges. CC Art Gallery is not responsible for any additional charges or fees. These charges or fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In these instances the item will be held by your local post office; if your item has not arrived, please check with your local post office.
